Minette combines her background in Molecular Biology and Dietetics (cum laude) with years of experience helping women navigate the complex world of insulin resistance, PCOS, and thyroid health. She’s deeply passionate about cutting through the noise and giving women clear, practical strategies that actually work — in real life.
Her philosophy?

After working with hundreds of clients, one thing became clear:
